Why we built GuidedView
A lot of important tasks now happen on a customer's own phone: signing an application, finishing an enrollment, setting up an app, getting into an account. When people get stuck, they call someone. And the person helping them is working blind. Video meeting apps add friction, ask the customer to install something and join a meeting, and change the tone of a simple phone call. Remote control tools are built for IT staff managing computers, and no third-party app can control an iPhone anyway. GuidedView does one job: it lets the customer show their screen to the person they're already talking to, with clear controls that keep the customer in charge. Nothing is shared until they approve, the helper can't tap or type on their device, and the customer can pause or stop with one tap.
What we believe
- The customer's screen belongs to the customer. They approve, they can pause, they can stop.
- Seeing beats controlling for most phone help. Customers learn more and trust more when they do the tapping.
- Less is safer. No recordings, one-time links, a single viewer, and no access the job doesn't need.
- Plain pricing. One plan, $29.99 a month, and customers never pay.
